FOG provides digital marketing services, including SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, web design, AI search optimization, social media marketing and brand identity services. Information on the Site is general in nature. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, agreement or statement of work, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, gain unauthorized access to any part of it, submit false information through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
3. Information You Submit
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including any phone number you enter. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property

FOG Digital Marketing Appointment Messaging Terms
Program. FOG Digital Marketing, LLC, operating as FOG Digital Marketing, offers text notifications about consultations and appointments you request. When you opt in, messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes and cancellations.
Optional enrollment. You can request a consultation or purchase services without agreeing to receive text messages. SMS consent does not also authorize AI-assisted calls. Call permission is requested separately.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and any schedule changes.
Message charges. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan and charges.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any program text message to stop receiving texts. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
